Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving your order.

* Customers are responsible for postal charges incurred while returning the item except in cases where we sent a wrong size or product, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service.

* We do not offer full refund on custom orders and discounted/ sales items however we can offer an exchange 

* Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.

• Customers are responsible for getting the items back to us in same conditions as received.
